Marketing Platform respects the User's right to control their Personal Data. If you have used any of our applications or services — including those connected through Facebook, Instagram or other Meta platforms — you may request that we delete the Personal Data we hold about you, in accordance with applicable data protection laws (GDPR, LGPD, CCPA, LFPDPPP).
We do not currently provide a self-service deletion endpoint. To request the removal of your Personal Data, please contact us by email following the steps below.
Once we receive your request, we will verify your identity and delete the Personal Data we hold about you within 30 days, unless we are required to retain it for legal, tax, fraud-prevention, security or contractual reasons. We will confirm the outcome of the request by email.
For Users residing in jurisdictions with specific deadlines (e.g. California under the CCPA), we will respond within the timeframe required by the applicable law.
Personal Data such as your name, email, profile information obtained from third-party logins (e.g. Facebook, Google, Instagram), and any usage data linked to your account.
Anonymised or aggregated analytics that can no longer be tied back to you may be retained. We may also retain Personal Data when retention is required to comply with a legal obligation, to resolve disputes, to enforce our agreements, or to detect and prevent fraud and abuse.
If you signed in through Facebook or Instagram, your request will be processed under the same procedure described above. We will revoke any access tokens we still hold and delete the profile data retrieved through Meta APIs (basic profile, contact email, page tokens and any other permission-scoped data).
If you have questions about this process or about how we handle your data, please write to [email protected].
